Green onions are one of the pillars of my eating lifestyle, because of their amazing benefits. They are beneficial for the health of your bones, eyes, heart, and immune system.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Rigatoni Pasta
- 1 jar of tomato sauce
- 4 fresh jalapenos
- 2 bunches of green onions
- 1 lb. of shrimp
- Black Pepper
- Crushed Red Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp. of olive oil
- Italian Seasoning (parsley, oregano, garlic powder)
Step 1: Boil the Rigatoni Pasta
Step 2: Drain the pasta shells
Step 3: Pour the pasta shells back into the pot and then mix in the tomato sauce.
Step 4: Chop the jalapenos and green onions
Step 5: Season the shrimp with crushed red pepper, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 6: Saute the shrimp with 2 tbsp. of olive oil
Step 7: Add the jalepenos and green onions into the skillet and saute them.
Step 8: Mix the shrimp and vegetables into the pot with the tomato pasta and serve!
