- 3 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 6 mashed bananas
- 2 tsp. of cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. of nutmeg
- 1/4 cup of pure cane sugar
- 3 tsp. of baking soda
- 2 tsp. of pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. of salt
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
Directions
Step 1: In one large bowl, pour the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, pure cane sugar, and salt.
Step 2: In a blender, pour the vegetable oil, almond milk, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas and puree the mixture.
Step 3: Pour the puree into the seperate bowl with the dry ingredients.
Step 4: Whisk the ingredients together to create the perfect batter.
Step 5: Pour the batter into a baking pan or bread pan and bake on 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
