Glowing skin is a result of proper skincare. It means you can wear less makeup and let skin shine through. — Michel Coulombe

Facial masks can be pricey and so can the dermatologist. So, when skin complications arise it leaves people buying drugstore skincare products that contain harsh chemicals and may actually make the problem worse. Now you can open your pantry and refrigerator and make homemade facial masks to solve your common skin care problems! Please make sure to moisturize your skin after using each one of these masks!

Dry Skin? Banana + Honey Mask
Dry skin is caused by soaps with harsh chemicals, extremely hot showers, and environmental factors. Don’t panic though! You can fix this with the homemade banana and honey facial mask. The banana is beneficial in preventing dry skin because the potassium hydrates your face and the Vitamin E prevents your skin from sun damage. The honey also is beneficial because of its antioxidants and sugars that moisturize and improve the complexion of the skin. The mix of the banana and honey will leave your face glowing and radiant.

Ingredients: 1 banana, 3 tsp. of raw organic honey

Directions: Mix the banana and honey in a small bowl. After the consistency is smooth, apply it to your face and wash it off after 30 minutes.
