7-Day Soup Diet Plan
This diet plan is so easy! Every day, you can eat a 500 calorie breakfast that is composed of whatever you want. For the rest of the day, you can eat unlimited amounts of vegetable soup.
Weight Loss Soup Recipe
- 24 oz. of sauteed cut leaf spinach
- 3 lb. 10 oz. of tomato sauce
- 3 lb. 10 oz. of diced tomatoes
- 4 diced zucchini
- 4 diced yellow squash
- 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 3 bunches of green onions
- 1 diced onion
- 2 diced jalapenos (optional)
- 2 tsp. of garlic powder
- 2 tsp. of Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp. of olive oil
- Any additional low-sodium seasoning you would like 🙂
- In a large pot, add 2 tbsp. of olive oil and let it heat on medium heat.
- Add the spinach, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, green onions, onion, jalapenos, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in the pot.
- Let it cook for 20-30 minutes and enjoy 🙂
