Intermittent fasting is one of my favorite methods of weight loss and weight maintenance! One of the most important things about intermittent fasting is making sure you break your fast with the foods!
The first meal after your fast should not be anything loaded with carbs or sugar, which can spike your insulin levels. It’s better to break your fast wisely with something like raw vegetables for your first meal so your body can adjust. Check out these foods below that I recommend to break your fast with!
